Step 1: The Discovery and Walkthrough (Free Consultation)

We begin with a private in home consultation to understand the property, your goals, and your timeline. During this walkthrough, we assess the contents, discuss the most appropriate path forward, and answer any questions about the process. This initial meeting allows us to understand the scope of the project and recommend an approach that reflects the needs of the home, the family, and the overall transition.

Step 2: Professional Staging & Marketing

Once the plan is in place, we begin preparing the home for sale. We sort, stage, research, and price the contents with care so the property feels beautifully presented and the sale is positioned for strong results. Our team pays close attention to both the overall environment and the value of individual pieces, creating a sale experience that feels polished, intentional, and professionally executed.

We manage the sale with professionalism from start to finish. Our team oversees presentation, buyer flow, and on site execution so the experience feels orderly, welcoming, and well run.
