We will discuss our commission structure, how we handle logistics, leaving you with a roadmap for the days ahead.
Our Golden Rule: Don’t throw anything away before we meet! Let our "dealer’s eyes" spot the hidden gems first. The Junk drawer is often where the treasures hide.
Step 2: Professional Staging & Marketing
Once we are on site, we hit the ground running to transform your home into a retail destination. This is where our professional management meets antiques expertise.

step 3: Sale Day & Final Clear Out
A sale is only successful if the house is empty and our clients are happy, we stay until the job is done. As founders, we are personally on site to manage the crowds, handle complex negotiations, and ensure the security of your property.
We manage every variable of the sale days, from high visibility professional signage to a secure, streamlined checkout process. Our data driven sales ensure that transactions are documented, giving you peace of mind and a clear financial picture at the end of the sale.
We don’t just hand you a check and leave you with a mess. After the sale, we oversee the final donation process and, if selected, manage a full clean out. We finish with a "final sweep," leaving the home tidy, respected, and ready for the real estate market or its next owner.
